A member of the firm’s litigation group, Jana returned to Bergen & Parkinson in 2023 after practicing in Portland, Maine, where she focused on complex commercial litigation and insurance defense. Now residing in Biddeford, Jana has moved her practice to York County where she represents a variety of clients in disputes involving estate/probate issues, property law, and general litigation.
