Jane has practiced extensively in the areas of political subdivision liability claims, construction litigation, personal injury, premises liability, civil rights, and insurance coverage. She is admitted to practice in Ohio as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
