About Jared
Founding partner Jared Woodfill is a dynamic courtroom talent with broad litigation experience. He has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the country on behalf of numerous individuals and business clients. He is committed to fighting for his clients and to providing the best-possible representation throughout the litigation process. Woodfill has handled well over a thousand cases. He has tried environmental law, family law, personal injury, condemnation, and business disputes in courts around the country. He has also worked on numerous mass tort cases, including EIFS (Exterior Insulating Finishing System) cases, Hurricane Ike, Masonite Hardboard Siding, LP Inner Seal, dioxin exposure cases, creosote cases, and homeowners mold claims. Additionally, he has handled numerous religious liberties cases, including a recent victory in the Texas Supreme Court in a case styled Pidgeon v. Parker. He and his team utilize cutting-edge technology as part of trial strategies to obtain favorable results for the firm’s clients.
