About Jarvis
Jarvis M. De León joined Frasier, Frasier, & Hickman in early September of 2024. He grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and earned a Bachelors’ degree in History and Political Science from Southern Nazarene University. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2024 with a Juris Doctorate, where he was President of the Hispanic Law Student Association and the Immigration Legal Society, and a member of the Oklahoma City University Hispanic Law Journal - La Prensa. He is an advocate for immigrant rights, worker rights, and education, and co-founded Guatemaltecos en Oklahoma Association.
