About Jason

Jason Buckland is the founder of Buckland Law Firm, P.L.L.C., serving individuals and businesses in Giles County and the surrounding New River Valley and Southwest Virginia. He has experience in complex business disputes, civil litigation, and various other legal matters. Prior to opening his firm, he was a partner and business litigator in Greensboro, North Carolina. He was recognized as a Rising Star by North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine in 2009, 2011, and 2012. He earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1999. He is licensed to practice in Virginia and North Carolina.
