About Jason

Jason Kisner is the founder of Kisner Law, a personal injury and workers' compensation law firm. He has a blue-collar background and worked for a railroad company before becoming an attorney. He earned a B.A. from Villanova University, an M.S. from West Virginia University, a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, and an LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School. His experience in insurance defense gives him insight into insurance company tactics. He has represented clients in over 500 district court trials and more than 75 jury trials, aggressively advocating for their rights.
