Jason M. Collins

After graduating from UM Law with honors, Jason clerked for Justice Laurie McKinnon at the Montana Supreme Court. When his clerkship concluded, Jason joined Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, where he practiced law in civil litigation, cybersecurity, data privacy, wills and trust litigation, commercial contract litigation, real property disputes, and civil rights defense.
