Jason P. Hood has been practicing law for more than a decade. He established Hood Law Firm, LLC in 2005 with his brother Jeffrey M. Hood. As a former Assistant District Attorney for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit, he uses his knowledge of prosecution strategies to defend clients against state and federal misdemeanors and felonies.
