About Jason

Attorney Jason R. Herrick founded the Law Offices of Jason R. Herrick, P.C., in 2006. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his law degree from Western New England University School of Law. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York, and later focused on Personal Injury Law in Western Massachusetts. He has successfully settled thousands of personal injury cases and is a member of the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Associations, admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
