About Jay
Jay D. Jacobson practices personal injury and wrongful death law, having recovered millions in verdicts and settlements since his New York State Bar admission in 1994. His experience spans various accident types, including motor vehicle, premises liability, and construction. Before law school, he worked as a private investigator, providing him with unique insights into accident scene investigation and insurance defense tactics. He is a member of several legal associations and is admitted to practice in the federal Southern District of New York. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 and the State University of New York at Albany in 1989. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Nassau County Bar Association's Plaintiff's Roundtable Committee.
