Jay DeLouche

Raised in a military family, Kenneth “Jay” DeLouche has called Southwest Louisiana his home for the past 35 years. Jay graduated in 1991 from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Chemistry. After having worked in the local petrochemical/refining industries as an Environmental Scientist, Jay returned to law school in 2000 and obtained his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from Louisiana State University, Paul M.
