Jay Foster

Jay Foster is an Ocean Springs attorney and a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, born in Biloxi. He is a former shrimp picker who worked his way through Tulane University and Mississippi College School of Law. He served judicial clerkships with Justice James Roberts of the Mississippi Supreme Court and Presiding Judge James E. Thomas on the Mississippi Court of Appeals.
