About Jay

Jay R. Vaughn is one of the first attorneys to be Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He received his undergraduate degree from Murray State University in 1999 and his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2002. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Ohio. Jay has been recognized with Martindale-Hubbell’s “AV” rating, named a Kentucky Super Lawyer since 2013, and a Top 50 Kentucky Super Lawyer since 2020. He is the current President of the Kentucky Justice Association and actively involved with the American Association for Justice and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
