J.C. Nicholson, III, brings over two decades of legal expertise to his role at McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates, P.A.. A 2002 alumnus of the University of South Carolina School of Law, Nicholson also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 1997. Mr. Nicholson practices primarily in the Lexington office of the firm, where he specializes in a range of areas including medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, product liability, and all types of personal injury law.
