About Jeff
Jeff Horowitz has concentrated his practice in workers’ compensation law since 1982. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1981 and is licensed in Maryland, Florida, and the District of Columbia. He has argued numerous workers’ compensation cases before Maryland’s appellate courts. His other practice areas include personal injury, administrative, mechanic’s lien, and traffic law. He has lectured on workers’ compensation topics for the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Educational Association and MICPEL. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and is a current director and past president of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. He is also a founding and present director of Kids’ Chance of Maryland, Inc. He has obtained the highest possible rating by Martindale Hubbell.
