Jeff Taylor

A native East Tennessean, Mr. Taylor was born and raised in Morristown. He attended East Tennessee State University for undergraduate studies and the University of Memphis for law school, graduating in 1988. His legal career began in the law office of Gary Brewer, followed by a role in the 4th Judicial District Public Defender’s Office, and later as a managing partner at Wimberly & Lawson.
