Jeffery H. Capener

As the son of a military father, Attorney Jeff Capener lived in 14 different states growing up, and graduated from High School in Japan. After meeting his future wife - an Oregon native - at BYU, Jeff moved to Oregon in 1997. As a shareholder at the firm, Jeff is responsible for all firm personnel matters. Jeff’s practice is devoted primarily to workers’ compensation defense and, to a much lesser extent, insurance defense. He also has a background in subrogation law.
