Jeffrey A. Donnell

Jeff Donnell was born and raised in Worland, Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law with honors in 1977 and returned to Worland to join a firm later known as Davis, Donnell, Worrall and Bancroft. He was engaged in a trial practice and general practice of law from 1977 to 1996. He was appointed to the District Court in Laramie, Wyoming in 1996, serving on this general jurisdiction trial court until 2017. He presided over civil, domestic, criminal, juvenile and other cases.
