Jeffrey Howard was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his Bachelor's Degree and North Carolina Central University School of Law for his Juris Doctor, graduating with Honors. Licensed in 2001, he has been handling personal injury claims, workers’ compensation claims, and traffic tickets. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina by the North Carolina State Bar and the Eastern District of North Carolina’s Federal Court. He is also a member of the 18th District (Orange County and Chatham County) Bar.
