Attorney Jeffrey C. Kulick was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He attended The Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Crime, Law, and Justice. He then graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he was on the Dean’s List and Honor Roll. He interned with the Lock’s Law Firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After law school, he returned to Northeastern Pennsylvania.
