About Jeffrey
Jeffrey E. Strauss is a member of the Bar of New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C., and is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court (1999), the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals (1998), and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2014). Mr. Strauss has been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in 1992 and has been recertified in 1999, 2006, 2011, 2016, and 2021. He specializes in substantial injury cases due to medical malpractice, product liability, industrial and construction accidents, and serious car or truck crashes. He has been rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and has been included in the Super Lawyers list every year since 2010.
