Jeffrey I. Ehrlich, founder of Ehrlich Law Firm in 2006, is a highly respected appellate advocate for the California plaintiffs’ trial bar. He has successfully defended judgments totaling over $400 million and won landmark decisions in the U.S. and California Supreme Courts. A cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, he was admitted to practice law in 1985 and has been a California Bar certified appellate specialist since 1996. He is a two-time recipient of CAALA’s 'Appellate Attorney of the Year' (2004, 2008) and was named CAOC’s 'Streetfighter of the Year' in 2019. In 2023, he received the OCTLA Distinguished Achievement award. He is an Emeritus Member of the CAALA Board of Directors and editor-in-chief of CAALA’s Advocate magazine, and co-author of 'California Practice Guide - Insurance Litigation'.
