Mr. Grieve joined Benoit Law in August 2017 following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Stoker. His practice includes a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, including contract and commercial disputes, defense of employers, defense of governmental entities, product liability defense, landlord/tenant disputes, probate, and estate and business planning.
