About Jeffrey
Jeffrey P. Richards began his legal career as a prosecutor in Douglas County, trying misdemeanor and felony cases. He then joined Hartley Rowe & Fowler, P.C., litigating civil and criminal cases and developing expertise in real estate matters, including title examination and secured residential lending. He oversees the residential real estate practice and is certified in best practices guidelines by the American Land Title Association. He also maintains an active adoption law practice, representing foster parents and clients in various adoption types. He is a State of Georgia Certified Mediator and a Georgia licensed title insurance agent.
