Jeffrey Schultz grew up in Wisconsin and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Business Law. He then graduated with honors from Drake University Law School in 2014 where he was a senior staff member of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law and a member of the Environmental Moor Court Team.
