Jennifer Austin Mitchell received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 1997 and her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2000. She began working for The Law Office of L. Thomas Austin in 2000, which eventually became Austin, Davis, & Mitchell Attorneys. She has also served as Attorney for the City of Whitwell and County Attorney for Sequatchie County, and has been a Rule 31 Mediator since 2008.
