Jennifer Dean, Esq. founded this law firm. After working for several workers’ compensation defense law firms representing large corporations, she saw how injured workers (“applicants”) could be mistreated by the system and unfairly compensated for their injuries. She could not tolerate this any longer and felt a passion to fight for the worker, to make sure they get everything they deserve. Because of her intimate knowledge of tactics used by defense firms, she has a unique ability to fight for workers’ interests and obtain the best possible settlement. Ms. Dean gives individual attention to all of her clients’ cases, and is accessible at all times.
