Jennifer Hothem

About Jennifer

Jennifer Hothem is a dedicated trial attorney and courtroom advocate with a heart for children, families, and those who’ve suffered loss. She began her legal career as a paralegal at 18, and graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2016. She founded her own law firm specializing in family and child advocacy, litigating hundreds of civil cases as lead counsel. She also served as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for children throughout North Georgia. In 2021, she co-founded Davies Hothem Injury Law with Kristy Davies. She serves on the board of We Care, a non-profit organization.
