A trial attorney for 25 years, Jennifer has substantial experience in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. Although she has had many successes in the courtroom, including obtaining a defense verdict in a trucking case where the truck driver backed into and pinned the plaintiff between two trucks, Jennifer takes pride in assisting clients with cost effective resolution of disputes outside of court as well. Jennifer believes the best representation comes with a sound understanding of the law and she stays on the cutting edge of the developing law through her long-time service as the Amicus Co-Chair for the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, where she assists with shepherding many of Ohio’s most significant legal issues through the appeal process.
