Jennifer Kotlyarsky has over 23 years of experience handling policyholder coverage litigation through final disposition in first-party litigation involving large property and casualty losses. She has successfully prosecuted and defended business claims involving breaches of contract, construction defects, and tortious interference. As Coverage Counsel for AmTrust North America and Tower Group Companies for nearly a decade, she prosecuted and defended first- and third-party coverage actions. As senior trial counsel for Geico for over five years, she obtained numerous defense verdicts in Bergen and Hudson counties in general liability matters. She is intimately familiar with insurance companies and their litigation strategies.
