Jennifer has worked as an opinion writer and editorial board member at the Daily Mississippian with several thought-provoking articles published while she studied at the University of Mississippi. She was also actively involved with the African Caribbean Association. She received the Julien Tatum Award for Outstanding Graduating Senior in the Department of Sociology at Ole Miss.
