Jenny Barsness

Jennifer J. Barsness was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1992 with a B.A. in History, minoring in English, and was Team Captain of the cross country team. She graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN in 1995 with a J.D. and received her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver Law School in 1999.
