Jerry Ware, born in Pensacola, Florida, graduated from Ball High School, earned a BBA in Finance from North Texas State University, and served as an officer in the Marine Corps. After military service and working as a financial auditor, he earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1974.
