Jesse Raymond (Randy) Bates, Jr. graduated form Dalton High School in 1967, attended the University of Georgia from 1967-1972, and Walter F. George School of Law/Mercer University from 1972-1975. Initially an associate with Mitchell and Mitchell Attorneys in 1975, Randy became a partner in 1977 until establishing his own firm in 1982.
