About Jessica

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University (Axe ‘em Jacks!) and South Texas College of Law where I was awarded membership on the law review and graduated magna cum laude. My philosophy is captured in Winston Churchill’s famous quote: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.” I am a lifelong Astros Fan and enjoy going to Astros games whenever possible. When not in the office, I enjoy knitting, reading, and exploring science fiction films.
