About Jessica

Jessica Pickens Kelly is a part of the Litigation Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Her practice covers a wide variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation and other litigation matters. Additionally, she focuses a portion of her practice on ad valorem property tax reduction and appeals. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2021 and two undergraduate degrees, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2018. She is currently admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
