Jill A. Rakauski

Jill Rakauski has worked with asbestos victims since 1993. She started as a trial assistant in West Virginia working on cases involving mainly chemical and steelworkers. After graduating in the top of her class in West Virginia School of Law in 1998, she moved to Chicago and continued representing victims of asbestos disease, mainly in Wisconsin. In 2004 she moved to Wisconsin, focusing solely on the representation of victims of asbestos disease in Wisconsin. She has taken many of these cases to trial to large verdicts in Wisconsin.
