Jim received his Juris Doctorate from Empire School of Law and his undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s College of California. Mr. Ghilotti is a seasoned litigator with a background in business and construction defense. Has a proven track records in complex litigation matters and has many depositions, mediations, and arbitrations under his belt. He is handling all areas of insurance defense litigation and is licensed to practice in California and all federal courts.
