About Jim

Founding attorney Jim Golden has a unique background, having served as a firefighter and paramedic, and was recognized as Instructor of the Year for the state of Alabama in 2011. He graduated with honors from the Birmingham School of Law and is passionate about helping families with legal issues, defending individuals charged with criminal offenses, and assisting injury victims. He is a certified Guardian ad Litem and uses his education, professional experience, and skills to achieve positive results for clients in family law, DHR defense, criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning, and car accident cases.

Education
