Jim Lloyd is an Oklahoma native who graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1968. He pursued a pre-law course at Oklahoma State University, earning a B.S. in Economics. He attended Oklahoma City University Law School and the University of Tulsa for his J.D., passing the Oklahoma Bar while still in law school. He worked for the Creek County District Attorneys’ office and as a landman before opening his own firm in 1977. In 1979, he was recognized as Outstanding Young Lawyer for the State of Oklahoma. He attended Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College in 2003 and is a lifetime Trustee in the Melvin Belli Society. With over thirty-five years of experience, he specializes as a trial lawyer, helping injured victims.
