About Jim

James “Jim” O’Brien is an experienced litigator specializing in civil litigation, mass torts, and personal injury law. After graduating from Notre Dame Law School, he built a reputation for handling complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, as well as a broad range of personal injury cases, including vehicle accidents, fire and drowning fatalities, and product liability claims. His legal career is bolstered by his experience clerking for federal judges, including the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Jr. and the Honorable David A. Katz, which provided him with valuable insights into the judicial process. Before joining Bey & Associates, Jim was a founding partner of O’Brien Law LLC and a former partner at Zoll & Kranz LLC.
