Jim Sparkman is a board-certified civil trial lawyer with nearly 400 jury trials, primarily in South Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has argued before the Florida Supreme Court and is a two-time recipient of the Golden Gavel award. Focusing on insurance defense since 1984, he ran his own firm for 12 years, earning 'AV Preeminent' distinction from Martindale Hubbell in 2001.
