About Jim

Jim Stocks works with Keith Williams on injury cases and heads the firm's disability section. He brings experience from defending large companies and government entities to represent plaintiffs. He is licensed in both Tennessee and California, admitted to practice before all state courts in both states, and Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Tennessee, Eastern District of Tennessee, and the Central District of California. He graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2000, and was appointed to the Tennessee Association for Justice’s Board of Governors for 2013/14.
