Jim Waide

Jim Waide is the founder and a shareholder of Waide & Associates, P.A. He is a Vietnam veteran and a graduate of West Point High School, Millsaps College, and Tulane Law School. He served as a law clerk for Judge J.P. Coleman. His practice emphasizes employment discrimination and civil rights cases. He is licensed in Mississippi and the western district of Tennessee, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and several U.S. Courts of Appeals.
