Joanna C. Feldman

About Joanna

Joanna C. Feldman is a partner focusing on elder law, trusts and estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, estate administration, special needs planning, and guardianships. Prior to joining the firm, she served thirteen years representing local governments in municipal law. She received her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and her B.A. from Colgate University. She is an active member of the NYSBA Elder Law and Special Needs and Trusts and Estates Law sections, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County.
