About Joanna
Joanna B. Kuhn is a founding member of GJK and leads the firm's El Dorado, Arkansas office. She serves as trust transparency counsel for a number of insurers and defendants, regularly working with clients and their local counsel on asbestos bankruptcy trust issues, and collaborating on related defense strategies and briefing. Joanna has handled, managed, and coordinated special projects for clients arising in mass tort and insurance coverage litigation. Joanna has represented clients nationally, regionally, and locally in asbestos, silica, benzene, and other personal injury and product liability matters, including risk management and defending asbestos depositions.
