About Jody
Jody is an attorney at Stephenson Rife and a part of the employment & labor law, elder law, government, real estate, education law and business litigation practice groups. Jody is an experienced litigator who employs a client-focused and practical approach to all legal issues and takes the time to ensure clients are making informed decisions. Jody serves estate clients in the areas of simple and complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. Jody strives to create tailored estate plans that address individual family dynamics and preserve family harmony. Jody has extensive experience representing both employees and employers in a full range of labor and employment matters. She has represented employees and employers in investigative and administrative proceedings before the NLRB, EEOC, ICRC, DOL, IOSHA, and other federal and state agencies. Jody represents various county government entities in matters related to budgets, public records requests, employee discipline and discharge, vendor contract negotiations, grants, service contract negotiations, tax abatements, and general counsel services.
