About Joe
Attorney Joe Azbell is dedicated to providing clarity and confident advocacy to his clients. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2004 and the University of Wyoming Law School with honors in 2008. He began his legal career defending federal agencies in personal injury and employment law matters at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Wyoming. Since moving to Grand Junction in 2012, Joe has focused on representing clients against big businesses and insurance companies, handling cases involving automobile and truck crashes, premises liability, employment discrimination, and workplace injuries. He has obtained several trial victories, argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and secured one of the largest employment law verdicts on the Western Slope in 2015 for a pregnancy discrimination case.
