Joe Clay Hamilton practiced law for more than 50 years, trying over 100 civil and criminal matters to jury verdict. He served in the United States Army in the Communications and Intelligence Division. After graduating with a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Alabama, he worked as a reporter before pursuing a legal career.
