Joel L. Larkin

Joel Larkin has a well-rounded background in business, real estate, and litigation. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1983 and the College of William and Mary School of Law in 1986, where he was the business editor of the law review. He began his career working on sophisticated securities litigation cases in Atlanta. His practice expanded to include a wide variety of real estate issues, such as zoning, contract disputes, easement interpretation, and condemnation.
